Visit Former President Palace, Giac Lam Pagoda, China Town and shopping at Binh Tay Market. Transfer to Vinh Long. Boat cruise to visit bustling market of Cai Be and lush orchard islet of Binh Hoa Phuoc. Continue to visit the "Holy see" of Cao Dai Temple. Observe a midday religious ceremony. Proceed to visit Cu Chi Tunnels. Transfer to Phan Thiet. Rest of day at leisure on the beach.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City arrival (D)

On arrival, meet and transfer to Hotel. City tour in the afternoon: The tour will include a visit to Cho Lon, Saigon''''s Chinatown and home to Vietnam’s biggest market, the Reunification Palace and the War Crimes Museum. Shopping at Binh Tay Market. This evening we will head out for a night on the town. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)

We set off this morning for a drive through the Mekong Delta to Cai Be floating market. Here we will board our private boat for a cruise along the maize of waterways and canals to Vinh Long. We will stop at the home of a Bonsai gardener for a sumptuous delta lunch, and to meet "Monty" before continuing our exploration of the tributaries and canals of the delta.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)

This morning will start with a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. This amazing network of tunnels which stretched for over 250 kilometers, and was three levels deep, gives the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in the American war was like. From here we have another hour drive top Tay Ninh, the headquarters for the Cao Dai Sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winton Churchill.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City – Phan Thiet (B)

Transfer to Phan Thiet. Rest of day at leisure on the beach. Overnight in Phan Thiet.

Day 5: Phan Thiet - Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Visit sand dunes and fishing village of Mui Ne. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. O/N in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City – departure (B)

Free till transfer to airport for departure flight.
